GLOBAL SRL Via Carlo Maccari 3, 60131 Ancona, +39 071 2916466, as data controller (“Global Srl“) and contactable at info@gruppo-global.it, informs you, as required by European Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (the “GDPR“) that it processes the personal data provided by you (the “Data“) when purchasing products or using the services offered by Global Srl, when you contact Global Srl or register and create a personal profile on the website www.novaeffects.it (the “Site”) according to the methods indicated in this information on the processing of personal data (the “Privacy Policy”).
When you browse one of the Global Srl Group websites, your Data will be processed, as an independent data controller, by the local affiliate of Global Srl that manages the store, as well as sales, in order to provide you with the products and services you request in the store.
2. Which Data are processed?

In any case, we ask you to inform such third parties that you have provided their personal data to Global Srl, also informing them of the purposes and methods of processing, as well as their rights, by providing them with a copy of this Privacy Policy.
3. When are the Data collected and how are they processed?
Global Srl collects your Data when you browse this Site, including by subscribing to newsletters.
The Data thus collected are processed in paper and electronic format in compliance with the technical and organizational security measures required by applicable law.
4. Why are your Data processed?
Global Srl processes the Data provided by you for the following purposes:
Contractual Purposes and, in particular, to (i) manage the sale of its products and provide sales and after-sales services (including, for example, fraud prevention, returns, product warranties and customer support); (ii) in the context of Global Srl’s online activities, create and maintain your personal account and provide the services offered through its websites, including the newsletter service if you have subscribed to it; (iii) respond to your requests for information that you can forward to Global Srl via email or telephone through our Customer Service, or online via the form available on the Site on the Contacts page.
Legal purposes, including compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations to which Global Srl is subject and the performance of the so-called “Know Your Customer” activities.
Marketing Purposes, i.e. to send you, with your prior consent, commercial communications relating to products, services and exclusive activities, via electronic means (such as, for example, e-mail) relating to its brands, services and/or products, as well as for participation in events and the conduct of market analysis and statistics, with the exception of communications relating to the Global Srl newsletter referred to in point (ii) above, for the receipt of which it is necessary to expressly register for the service.
Profiling Purposes and therefore, with your prior consent, to analyze your habits, interests and preferences in order to offer services and send personalized commercial communications based on your needs.
Legitimate Interest Marketing Purposes, i.e. to use the Data relating to the purchase in order to provide a service that is more in line with your needs and send you commercial communications that are of interest to you. In any case, these commercial communications are sent exclusively where you have consented to the Marketing Purposes indicated above. This means that, if you do not accept the Marketing Purposes, Global Srl will not send you any commercial communications. Furthermore, the Data may be processed to test and improve Global Srl’s services in order to always offer services with a high level of exclusivity, provided that such activities must be carried out through personal data to ensure their reliability. The Legitimate Interest Marketing Purposes also include any customer satisfaction surveys that Global Srl may send you after making a purchase (even off-line), in order to allow you to evaluate your experience with Global Srl. In fact, such communications help Global Srl to understand your level of satisfaction in order to identify any problems and improve the services provided, where necessary, maintaining the highest standards of customer experience. In any case, such processing is not invasive as it takes into account minimal segmentation categories, improves your experience with Global Srl and is in any case adequately balanced with your legitimate interests, in order to protect your rights.
Legitimate Business Interest Purposes and, in particular, (i) to exercise or defend the rights of Global Srl; (ii) to allow the technical management of the Site, their operational functions, including the resolution of any technical problems, the execution of tests, updates and upgrades that cannot be performed through non-personal data, as well as to prevent or identify fraudulent activities or improper use of the Site; (iii) to anonymize the Data in order to carry out statistical analysis.
5. What is the legal basis for the processing of your Data?
The processing of Data for Contractual Purposes is mandatory as it is necessary for the purposes of purchasing products, registering and creating a personal account on the Site, as well as for the use of the features available on the Site and specific services offered by Global Srl (such as, for example, subscription to the newsletter).
The provision of Data for Legal Purposes is mandatory as it is required under applicable laws. Any refusal by you will not allow you to use the products and services requested by you and made available by Global Srl.
The processing of Data for Marketing and Profiling Purposes is optional and subject to your prior consent, which may in any case be revoked at any time.
The processing for the Purposes of Legitimate Interest of Marketing and Business is functional to the pursuit of a legitimate interest of Global Srl, adequately balanced with your interests in light of the limits imposed on such processing illustrated in paragraph 4. This processing is not mandatory and you may object at any time as indicated below. In this case, Global Srl will not process the Data for the Purposes of Legitimate Interest of Marketing and Business, unless Global Srl demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate reasons or must exercise a right of Global Srl.
6. How long are your Data stored?
Your Data are processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and, in particular,
for the Contractual Purposes and for the Legitimate Business Interest Purposes, the Data are stored for the entire duration of the contract and/or the requested service (in the case of accounts created on the Site), as well as for the following 10 years. In any case, for the newsletter service referred to in point (ii) of paragraph 4 above, the Data will be processed until you unsubscribe from the service itself and/or exercise your right to object to receiving communications via email by clicking on the link at the bottom of each communication received.
for the Legal Purposes, your Data are stored for a period equal to the duration prescribed by law.
for Marketing Purposes, your Data is retained for a period of 7 years from the last purchase made and/or the last contact with you (for example, participation in an event, use of a specific service, opening of commercial communications).
for Legitimate Interest Marketing Purposes, the Data is always retained for a period of 7 years from the last purchase made, without prejudice to your right to object to such processing at any time.
Upon expiry of the retention periods indicated above, your Data will be automatically deleted or aggregated or made anonymous in a permanent and non-reversible manner.
7. Can the Data be communicated or transferred abroad?
Global Srl may communicate your Data strictly necessary for each processing purpose as explained in paragraph 4 above, to the following categories of subjects: (i) Global Srl sales staff; (ii) consultants and providers of professional and technical services (such as, for example, IT service providers, shipping service providers, legal advisors, webmasters, mail marketing platforms, etc.).
You have the right to obtain information about the place where such Data is stored, as well as the measures adopted for their transfer, by making an express request to Global Srl at the address indicated in paragraph 9 of this Privacy Policy.
In no case will your Data be disclosed.
8. What are your rights as an interested party?
You can always assert your rights, for example you can access your Account, verify its content, origin, accuracy, request additions, updates, changes, deletions, or blocking for violation of the law, as well as oppose the processing of your Data for legitimate reasons. In addition to the aforementioned rights, you can request the limitation of the processing of the Data, the portability of your Data and lodge a complaint with the national Supervisory Authority, where the conditions exist.
You can exercise your rights at any time in the following ways:
by contacting Global Srl as indicated in the following paragraph 9;
if you have created a personal account on the Site, by changing your preferences and privacy settings within the dedicated area of your personal account;
by submitting a request to the Global Srl store.

10. Changes and updates and contacts
This Privacy Policy is valid from the date of update indicated in its header. Global Srl may also make changes and/or additions to said Privacy Policy, also as a consequence of any subsequent regulatory changes and/or additions. The changes will be notified in advance and you will be able to view the text of the Privacy Policy constantly updated on the Global Srl Website.
